Will unverified Twitter users be able to see more than 1k posts per day by July 10?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if unverified Twitter profiles are permitted to view over 1000 posts per day by July 10, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If "new" unverified accounts are unable to view more than 1000 posts per day, but other unverified Twitter accounts are able to, this market will resolve to "Yes". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Twitter, including information provided by Elon Musk, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
