Will Trump unfreeze Harvard funding?

On April 15, the Trump admisnitration announced that it would freeze $2.2 billion in multi-year grants (see: https://www.cnn.com/2025/04/14/us/harvard-rejects-policy-changes/index.html). This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Trump administration publicly announces that any portion of the more than $2.2 billion in federal funding previously frozen in April 2025 has been unfrozen, released, or reinstated between April 16 and May 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source will be official information from the Trump administration; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
