Will Trump say "OpenAI" during the announcement?

Donald Trump is scheduled to speak with press on January 21, 4:00 PM ET (see: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/trump-make-massive-infrastructure-announcement-white-house-says-2025-01-21/). This market refers to anything Trump says during this scheduled event, including any prepared remarks and/or Q&A. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Trump says "OpenAI" during their appearance at this event. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". Any usage of the term regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market. Pluralization/possessive of the term will count toward the resolution of this market, however other forms will NOT count. Compound words will count as long as "OpenAI" is part of the compound word and references the meaning which refers to the company OpenAI. If the event is cancelled or delayed beyond January 22, ET, this market will resolve to "No".
