Will Trump call Carney a "Governor" before June?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump publicly refers to Mark Carney as a "governor" between April 28, 11:00 PM ET and May 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Trump must say the word "governor" in reference to Carney for this market to resolve to "Yes". Direct references to Carney as a "governor" will qualify even if Trump does not explicitly use Carney's name. Any written or verbal usage will count. The resolution source will be public statements from Donald Trump.
