Will Taylor Swift sue Trump over fake endorsement?

On August 18, 2024, Donald Trump shared AI-generated images on social media falsely depicting Taylor Swift and her fans endorsing him (see: https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/112984762512136574). This market will resolve to "Yes" if Taylor Swift files a lawsuit against Donald Trump or his campaign for using AI-generated images that imply her endorsement of Trump by 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the involved parties and/or court filings, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
