Will Stable announce an ICO by October 24?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if it is publicly announced by October 24, 2025, 11:59 PM ET that Stable (https://www.stable.xyz/) will conduct an ICO. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.” This market will resolve based on the announcement alone, regardless of whether the ICO occurs. The primary resolution source will be official announcements from Stable (https://www.stable.xyz/) or credible reporting from major crypto media outlets.
