Will Sarah Palin win Alaska's special election for the U.S. House?

Don Young, ex-representative from Alaska, died on March 18, 2022 after 49 years of unbroken service as the US House representative for Alaska's at-large congressional district. This has triggered an Alaskan special election to fill his vacated seat. Sarah Palin has recently announced her intention to run in this election. This market will resolve to "Yes" if ex-Governor of Alaska Sarah Louise Palin wins the special election for Alaska's at-large congressional seat in the U.S. House of Representatives scheduled to take place August 16, 2022. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Determination of the winners for the 2022 special election for the House Representative from Alaska will be based on a consensus of credible reporting; or, if there is ambiguity, the final state election authority certification or other final official determination of the 2022 special election results. If no special election for House Representative from Alaska is held by October 14, 2022, 11:59:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to 50-50.
