Will Russia expand its number of federal subjects by July 1, 2022?

Chapter 3, Article 65 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation lists all "subjects" of the Russian Federation. As of the writing of this market, there are 85 federal subjects of the Russian Federation. If at any time between March 2, 2022, and July 1, 2022, 11:59:59 PM ET (inclusive), the Constitution of the Russian Federation lists 86 or more "subjects of the Russian Federation", this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be the official information from the Russian government and the Constitution of the Russian Federation: http://www.constitution.ru/en/10003000-04.htm; however, other credible sources may be used.
