Will RFK Jr. say "Third Party" during Friday address?

On August 21, RFK Jr.'s campaign announced that the candidate will address the nation on Friday, August 23, 2024. You can read more about that here: https://x.com/RobertKennedyJr/status/1826351609385025708 This market will resolve to "Yes" if RFK Jr. says "Third Party" during the specified address. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". If the specified address is cancelled, or otherwise does not start by August 23, 2024, 11:59 PM ET this market will resolve to "No". Any usage of the phrase regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market. Pluralization/possessive of the phrase will count toward the resolution of this market, however other forms will NOT count. The resolution source will be the video of the address.
