Will Pearnel Charles be the next Prime Minister of Jamaica after the election?

An election for the Jamaican House of Representatives is scheduled to be held on September 3, 2025. This market will resolve according to the next Prime Minister of Jamaica following the election. This market will resolve to the individual formally sworn in as the next Prime Minister of Jamaica following the election. Interim or caretaker Prime Ministers will not count toward resolution. Any interim/caretaker Prime Minister will not count toward the resolution of this market. If no next Prime Minister of Jamaica is instated by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET this market will resolve to "Other." The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Government of Jamaica; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
