Will NYC give migrant families $10,000?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if NYC begins giving migrant families payments which annualized would total over $10,000 by April 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No”. Payments include cash as well as prepaid debit and credit cards. Cards which can only be used at select locations such as grocery stores will still qualify for this market. Note: If any migrant family regardless of size is given payments totaling over $10,000 annualized, it will suffice to resolve this market to "Yes". The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
