Will Letitia James be charged with a crime by December 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Letitia James is officially charged with a crime in the US between September 24, and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No". Charges brought by federal, state, or local law enforcement in the US will qualify toward this market's resolution. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from relevant government sources, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
