Will Kamala Harris say "Context" during Friday speech?

Kamala Harris is scheduled to give a speech Friday, August 16 in North Carolina. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kamala Harris says "context" during her speech currently scheduled for August 16. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". If Kamala Harris does not give a speech by August 23, 2024, 11:59 PM ET this market will resolve to "No". Any usage of the word regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market. Pluralization/possessive of the word will count toward the resolution of this market, however other forms will NOT count. Compound words will count as long as "context" is part of the compound word and references the meaning which refers to the background information that gives meaning to a situation. The resolution source will be the video of the speech.
