This market will resolve to "Yes" if Joe Biden is seated at any point during his dropout speech on July 24, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Biden will be considered seated if he is sitting on a chair, stool, or any other seat while delivering his speech. Any Q&A session following the conclusion of his speech will not be considered. If Biden does not give a publicly broadcast speech on July 24, 2024, ET, this market will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be video footage of the speech.
