Will JD Vance say "Puerto Rico" during the Joe Rogan podcast?

JD Vance has scheduled a podcast interview on The Joe Rogan Experience to be released on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. This market will resolve to "Yes" if JD Vance says "Puerto Rico" or "Puerto Rican" during their appearance on this podcast. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". Any usage of the term regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market. Pluralization/possessive of the term will count toward the resolution of this market, however other forms will NOT count. The resolution source will be the released podcast and/or its transcript.
