Will JD Vance say "Million / Billion / Trillion" 5+ times during remarks in Wisconsin on August 28?

Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." Any usage of the term, regardless of context, will count toward the resolution of this market. Pluralization or possessive forms of the term will count, but other variations will not count. Instances where the term appears in a compound word will count regardless of context (e.g., joyful is not a compound of "joy," but killjoy is). If "President Trump" is mentioned, it will count as one mention for the "Trump / President 30+ times" market. This market applies only to the scheduled remarks on August 28. Speeches, events, or comments outside of this event will not qualify. If the event includes a Q&A session, those remarks will also count toward resolution. If the event is definitively cancelled, or not aired by August 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the audio/video of the listed event.
