Will it snow in New York's Central Park on New Year's Eve (Dec 31)?

This market will resolve to “Yes”, if the accumulation of new snow observed ("New snow") on December 31st 2021 by the National Weather Service in Central Park Area, NY, is 0.1 inches or higher, and "No" otherwise. The resolution source for this market is NOAA Online Weather Data, published by National Weather Service on their website: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/Climate?wfo=okx. The check will be at 12:00 PM ET January 1, 2022. Please note, if "T" appears as the daily snowfall measurement, it means that on that day snow continually melts as it lands and is recorded as a trace (T). If that occurs for December 31, 2021 in Central Park, NY - then this market resolves to "No".
