Will Israel extradite Tom Alexandrovich to the US by September 30?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Israeli cybersecurity official Tom Artiom Alexandrovich is extradited to the United States by Israel, by September 30 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No". "Extradited" to the US means Alexandrovich must be extradited and physically enter the terrestrial or maritime territory of the US. The resolution source will be official government sources from the relevant extraditing and receiving countries, however a consensus of credible reporting will suffice.
