Bush announces that he will vote for, endorses, or otherwise supports Kamala Harris to be President of the United States between August 28 and November 4, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be statements or official information from George W. Bush or one of his representatives.
