This market will resolve to "Yes" if 10 or more Democratic members of the US House and/or Senate sign on to any letter calling on Joe Biden to withdraw from the 2024 US presidential race by July 5, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be any such letter once it is released to the public.
