Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be verifiable on-chain information concerning Portnoy's wallet address, 5rkPDK4JnVAumgzeV2Zu8vjggMTtHdDtrsd5o9dhGZHD, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used. Sales from any wallet will count if the wallet is confirmed to belong to Dave Portnoy.
