Will CZ be arrested by Aug 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if co-founder of Binance Changpeng Zhao (CZ) is arrested by August 31, 2023 (ET). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting, however official information from the governments involved in any action against CZ and information from CZ's and Binance's legal representatives will also be used.
