Will Carney visit Halifax by October 31?

If Mark Carney visits Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, between August 19 and October 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For the purpose of this market, a "visit" is defined as Mark Carney physically entering the terrestrial territory of the listed municipality. Whether or not Carney enters the country's airspace during the timeframe of this market will have no bearing on a positive resolution. The primary resolution source for this information will be official information from government of Canada (e.g., https://pm.gc.ca/en/news/itineraries), official information from Carney, or released by his verified social media accounts (e.g., https://x.com/MarkJCarney), however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
