Will Britney Spears’ father James Spears be charged with a crime by Halloween?

This is a market on whether James Spears will be charged with a crime between the market creation date, October 1, 2021, 9 AM ET and the market resolution date, October 31, 2021 at 11:59:59 PM ET. This market will resolve ‘Yes’ if James Spears is charged with a crime during the market time-frame, and “No” otherwise. If CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, or any other credible agency reports that he has been charged with any crime by any law enforcement agency, this will be sufficient to resolve this market.
