Will Bill Ackman announce a new candidate for NYC Mayor before July?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Bill Ackman publicly announces or endorses a new candidate for Mayor of New York City in the 2025 general election by June 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. To qualify, the individual must not be Andrew Cuomo or any candidate who has formally declared their candidacy as of market issuance. Announcements which indicate that the person is either planning to run or being encouraged by Ackman to run, as well as endorsements of candidates who declare their candidacy after market issuance will qualify. The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.
