Will Biden's withdrawal speech be live?

Today it was announced that Joe Biden will give a speech about his withdrawal from the 2024 US Presidential election on July 24. This market will resolve to "Yes" if that speech is delivered live. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". "Live" means the delivered speech is not prerecorded, but broadcast to its audience as Biden delivers it (live broadcast with delays counts as live). If this speech is cancelled, or Biden does not deliver such a speech by July 24, 2024, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be information from the US government and a consensus of credible reporting.
