Will Biden say "Drop out" during July 11 press conference?

Joe Biden is scheduled to speak with press on July 11, 6:30 PM ET. This market refers to anything Biden says during this scheduled event, including any prepared remarks and/or Q&A. You can view the event here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rfFsE-HzzD0. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Biden says "drop out", "drops out", "dropping out", or "dropped out". Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No". If Biden does not hold a press conference on July 11, 2024 this market will resolve to "No". Any usage of the term regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market. Pluralization/possessive of the term will count toward the resolution of this market, however other forms will NOT count. The resolution source is live video of the press conference. In case of ambiguity, an official transcript and/or a consensus of credible reporting may also be considered.
