Trump x Xi talk by Friday?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump and Xi Jinping speak directly to one another between April 11, 2:00 PM ET, and April 18, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Any conversation that occurs directly between Donald Trump and Xi Jinping will qualify, regardless of whether it is over the phone, videocall, or in person. The conversation must be voice-based, not text-based. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the governments of China and the United States, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
