Starlink available in Gaza by Nov 30?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if, by November 30, 2023, 11:59 PM ET, credible reports indicate that SpaceX's Starlink has officially commenced providing internet services in Gaza. Resolution sources include but are not limited to official statements or press releases from Starlink or SpaceX, and reputable news outlets. The service must be confirmed as publicly accessible, not merely in testing or pilot stages. In the absence of such confirmation by the stated date, the market will resolve to "No". Note that early resolution is possible if the event in question transpires before the resolution date. In case of ambiguity or dispute, resolution will be decided based on the most reliable information available at the resolution time.
