Stacey Plaskett out as Virgin Islands delegate before 2026?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Stacey Plaskett announces she is resigning as the Delegate to the U.S House of Representatives from the U.S. Virgin Islands or otherwise ceases to be the Delegate to the U.S House of Representatives from the U.S. Virgin Islands for any length of time between November 18, 2025 and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If Stacey Plaskett announces she is resigning but remains in office to a point outside this market's timeframe, the announcement will still qualify for an immediate "Yes" resolution. The primary resolution source for this market will be information from Stacey Plaskett or the government of the US, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
