This market will resolve to "Yes" if an official mugshot of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor (formerly Prince Andrew) is made widely available to the public by February 28, 2026, 11:59 PM GMT. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Mugshot refers to an authentic and official photograph taken of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor by arresting or custodial authorities after his arrest for the purpose of documentation or recordkeeping. A qualifying mugshot may become available to the public by any means, regardless of whether it is released officially, leaked, etc. The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting and official information from relevant law enforcement authorities in the United Kingdom.
