Paramount merger/acquisition in Q1?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if announcement that Paramount Global will be, has been, or is being acquired or merged with by March 31, 2024, 11:59:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For the purposes of this market, an announcement by Paramount is enough to trigger a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether the announced acquisition/merger actually occurs. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Paramount, an acquirer of Paramount, or a company merging with Paramount, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
