This market will resolve to "Yes" if all current board members of OpenAI as of Nov 19 (Ilya Sutskever, Adam D'Angelo, Helen Toner, Tasha McCauley) resign or are replaced from their positions by Nov 26, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." Resignation refers to officially stepping down from their positions, and must be confirmed by official OpenAI communication or credible news sources.
