New Orleans escape mastermind last man standing?

On Friday, May 16, ten inmates escaped from a jail in New Orleans. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If Massey is caught at the same time as the other remaining escapee, this market will resolve to "No". If neither Massey nor the other remaining escaped inmate are captured by July 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Yes". The resolution source for this market will be information from relevant government authorities.
