Missing Epstein cell footage released by August 31?

On July 7, the DOJ released video from Epstein’s cell surveillance on August 9, 2019, with what appears to be a missing minute (see: https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/5388170-epstein-deathsuicide-investigation-doj/). This market will resolve to "Yes" if previously unreleased surveillance footage from Jeffrey Epstein’s cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center—showing the majority of the apparent missing minute from August 9, 2019—is made public between July 29 and August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
