Karen Read acquitted on all charges?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Karen Read is not found guilty of any of the charges for which she is presently on trial in Commonwealth of Massachusetts v. Karen Read by 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2025. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The charges in this case are: -Second-degree murder -Vehicular manslaughter while under the influence -Leaving the scene of a collision causing death This market will resolve based on the first verdict rendered by the court regarding Read’s ongoing trial. If the trial ends without a verdict finding Read guilty on any of the above charges (e.g. full acquittal, mistrial on all charges, hung jury on all charges, or dismissal of all charges), this market will resolve to "Yes". If Read is found guilty of even one charge, this market will resolve to "No". The market will resolve according to the initial judgment rendered in this case. Any appeals will have no bearing on the resolution of this market. The primary resolution source will be official information from the Massachusetts court system; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
