This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kanye West publicly announces his retirement from music by 11:59 PM ET on July 31, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." Announcements from Kanye that he will retire at a future date will not qualify for a "Yes" resolution. The resolution source will be a official information from Kanye or one of his representatives however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
