Kamala says "unburdened" by Friday?

It has come to the recent attention of the public that Kamala Harris says "what can be, unburdened by what has been" a lot (see: https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/speeches-remarks/2024/06/29/remarks-by-vice-president-harris-at-a-campaign-reception-10/). This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kamala Harris publicly says "unburdened" between July 3, 2024, 12:00 PM ET and July 5, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Any usage of the word regardless of context will count toward the resolution of this market. Compound words will count as long as "unburdened" is part of the compound word. The resolution source for this market will be footage of Kamala Harris taken within the mentioned timeframe, as well as official communications from Kamala Harris.
