This market will resolve to "Yes" if a candidate from any party other than either the Republican People's Party (CHP, Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi), or the Justice and Development Party (AK Party, Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi) wins the 2024 Istanbul mayoral election. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Turkish government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also suffice.
