Iran behind June 12 internet outages?

On June 12, massive internet service outages were reported affecting a wide variety of popular services, including Spotify, Discord, Twitch, and Gmail. You can read more about that here: https://mashable.com/article/google-down-cloudflare-twitch-character-ai-internet-outage This market will resolve to “Yes” if it is discovered that the mentioned June 12, 2025 outages were caused by a hack, and that that hack was perpetrated by Iran, by June 20, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No”. "A hack" encompasses intentional, malicious activity which caused the outage. The primary resolution source for this market will be official statements from relevant companies and governments, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
