Intel x TSMC joint venture announced before July?

​This market will resolve to "Yes" if it is announced that Intel Corporation and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) have officially agreed to form a joint venture, a merger or that one of the two companies is acquiring the other by June 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". An announcement by either Intel or TSMC will qualify for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether the joint venture is ultimately established. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Intel or TSMC; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
