Fact Check: Did Ilhan Omar marry her brother?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if definitive evidence confirming that Ilhan Omar has been married to her brother for any period of time is publicly released by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. For the purposes of this market, it will also suffice if any federal or state jurisdiction of the United States formally files criminal charges or announces an indictment against Ilhan Omar that clearly and explicitly accuse her of having married her brother, including charges brought under immigration or marriage-fraud statutes such allegations that she knowingly entered into a marriage with her brother to obtain or facilitate U.S. immigration or legal status. The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
