ETHBTC above 0.035 on Nov 30?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Binance 1 minute candle for ETHBTC 30 Nov '24 12:00 in the ET timezone (noon) has a final “Close” value above 0.03500 (i.e. 0.03501 or higher). Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market is Binance, specifically the ETHBTC "Close" prices currently available at https://www.binance.com/en/trade/ETH_BTC with “1m” and “Candles” selected on the top bar. Please note that this market is about the ratio according to Binance ETHBTC, not according to other sources or spot markets.
