Elon Musk's $56bn Tesla pay package approved?

On June 13th, Tesla shareholders are scheduled to vote on the approval of a $56 billion compensation package for CEO Elon Musk (see: https://www.theverge.com/2024/6/3/24170368/elon-musk-tesla-pay-package-shareholder-meeting). This market will resolve to "Yes" if Tesla shareholders vote to approve Elon Musk's $56 billion pay package. If shareholders vote against the $56 billion pay package this market will resolve to "No". If no vote has occurred by June 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
