Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Statements from the U.S. Government or Nvidia definitively claiming that banned Nvidia chips were used, or a consensus of credible reporting confirming their use will qualify for a “Yes” resolution. The primary resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting, as well as official statements for the U.S. Government and Nvidia.
