CHIPS Act repealed before July?

On March 4, Donald Trump spoke of repealing the CHIPS act during his address to congress. It is now being reported that layoffs in the office in charge of managing grants related to the CHIPS Act are taking place. You can read more about that here: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-chips-act-office-lays-off-about-third-its-staff-sources-say-2025-03-04/ This market will resolve to "Yes" if the CHIPS Act officially repealed by June 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No”. Only the permanent repeal of the CHIPS Act by an act of the US congress will qualify. Changes to the program, such as lowering funds in its control, temporary suspensions, or any other change short of full repeal will not count. The primary resolution source for this market is the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
