China bans US films in April?

Two popular social media accounts recently released plans the Chinese government is said to be considering in retaliation to Donald Trump's tariffs, which include outright bans of US films. You can read more about that here: https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-news/china-mulling-ban-hollywood-film-releases-trump-tariffs-1236184531/ This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Chinese government announces or enacts an official ban on all films produced in the United States by April 30, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". An official announcement of a ban will qualify for a "Yes" resolution regardless of if/when the ban goes into effect. The primary resolution source will be information from the government of China, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
