Birthright citizenship ban blocked in January?

On January 20, Donald Trump signed an executive order titled "Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship," which establishes a new definition for birthright citizenship as implemented by the 14th amendment. You can read that executive order here: https://whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/protecting-the-meaning-and-value-of-american-citizenship/ This market will resolve to "Yes" if any US court blocks the implementation of any portion of the executive order titled "Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship" in any part of the United States by January 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Any official court action that temporarily halts or permanently blocks the implementation of this executive order will qualify. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from relevant courts, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
