Biden recorded crying in July?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if US president Joe Biden is recorded crying at any point between July 1 and July 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For the purpose of this market, 'crying' is defined as the visible shedding of tears that can be clearly observed on Biden's face. The 'crying' can take place at any time Biden is on camera, by video or by still images. The primary resolution source for this market will be publicly available pictures or video, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
