Biden gives speech without teleprompter by next Friday?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Joe Biden gives a public speech without a teleprompter between July 3, 2024, 2:00 PM ET, and July 12, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". For the speech to qualify toward a "Yes" resolution it must be recorded and the video made publicly available within the market’s time frame. Prepared remarks, including reading remarks off paper, will count if Biden does not use a teleprompter during them. However, merely forgoing a teleprompter during Q&A will not suffice to trigger a "Yes” resolution. The resolution source for this market will be a preponderance of credible evidence.
